TOPCHEST LIMITED understands the importance of clear terms and conditions. By accessing and using Regal Rewards ("Our Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

3. User Obligations
As a user of our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information in surveys and registration
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Not create multiple accounts or attempt to manipulate the points system
Not misuse or abuse our services or attempt to defraud the system
Respond to surveys honestly and thoughtfully
4. Points System and Rewards
Earning Points: Points are awarded upon successful completion of surveys as specified in each survey's description. Point values are clearly displayed before participation.
Point Validity: Points do not expire but may be subject to account inactivity policies.
Reward Redemption: Points can be redeemed for rewards as available in our catalog. Reward availability and point requirements may change without notice.
Processing Time: Digital rewards are processed within 3–5 business days. Physical rewards may take 5 to 7 business days for delivery.
No Cash Value: Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside of our platform.
5. Premium Membership
Subscription Required: Access to Regal Rewards is provided on a paid subscription basis. A valid subscription is required to access and use the platform and its features.
Subscription Fee: Membership is billed at £29.99 per month unless cancelled.
Billing: Your subscription will be billed monthly in advance using your selected payment method. By subscribing, you authorise TOPCHEST LIMITED to charge the recurring monthly fee until cancellation.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the services until the end of your paid term.
6. User Responsibility for Actions
Regal Rewards provides survey opportunities and reward redemption services for your benefit. You are solely responsible for your participation in surveys and redemption of rewards. We do not guarantee specific earning outcomes as results depend on survey availability, qualification criteria, and individual participation levels.
7. Survey Participation and Earning
Qualification: Not all users will qualify for all surveys. Qualification depends on demographic criteria and survey requirements.
Honest Participation: Users must provide honest, thoughtful responses. Fraudulent or inconsistent responses may result in account suspension.
Point Awards: Points are awarded only upon successful completion of surveys that meet quality standards.
Survey Availability: Survey availability varies and is not guaranteed. Regal Rewards reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate survey opportunities at any time.
8. Account Management
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Data Accuracy: You must keep your account information current and accurate.
9. Limitation of Liability
Regal Rewards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of earnings, data, or business opportunities.
10. Dispute Policy
These Terms are governed by English law. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of Regal Rewards' services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
